Selangor, 25 February 2024 – In celebration of the last day of Chinese New Year, also known as Chap Goh Mei for the Chinese community, OSK Property’s Shorea Park, together with Steady Gang, the latest local sensation, hosted a Hong Kong Night Event on the 24th and 25th February, offering a truly memorable experience for all visitors.
As part of OSK Property’s festive activities for ANYA at Shorea Park, Puchong, the event brought forward a myriad of engaging activities for all ages. Steady Gang was front and centre, joining in the festivities and interacting with the crowd, adding their unique energy to the celebration.

Steady Gang, known for their viral Stephen Chow inspired music video, in collaboration with ANYA at Shorea Park, had garnered a staggering 8.7 million views on YouTube in just three weeks. The music video was inspired by Stephen Chow’s classic movies that accompanied the 80s and 90s generation as they grew up, uniting friends and family during Chinese New Year.
Similarly, the concept of ANYA at Shorea Park as a family-friendly development where spacious living spaces are provided for families to foster vibrant community living within the Shorea Park development, bringing everyone together with a sense of belonging.
Steady Gang’s iconic music video was filmed at Shorea Park Sales Gallery as well as Ryan & Miho in Petaling Jaya, adding a special connection to the event. The trio had an amazing night entertaining the audience with stage games and their signature chicken wing dance performance. Additionally, attendees had the opportunity to partake in a prosperity toss alongside them as well, together with the OSK Property team.
The festivities at ANYA at Shorea Park delivered an unforgettable experience for everyone, with live band performances, cultural showcases including Choy Sen Yeh appearance, Lucky Pick activities, captivating LED Dragon Dance, fireworks display and a variety of food stalls catering to everyone’s tastes, and the opportunity to meet the members of Steady Gang in person.
