Selangor, 3 November 2023 – OSK Property (“OSKP”) in partnership with Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj), has officially opened the completed flyover on Persiaran You City in Taman Suntex, Cheras today.
The new 412-meter-long flyover now connects Persiaran You City, located in front of You City III mixed development, to the Grand Saga Expressway, allowing residents from the neighborhood to have direct access to Kuala Lumpur and avoiding several traffic light intersections. The flyover will be open to traffic later today.
Mohd Fareez Bin Mohd Ariss @ Mohd Hatta, Deputy President of Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj) also expressed his joy on the opening of the new flyover, which will benefit several neighbourhoods nearby. Currently most of the residents would need to exit to the Grand Saga Expressway through Jalan Medan Masria, which is located on the border of Taman Cuepacs. Also present at the launch was Datuk Wira Haji Johan Bin Abd Aziz, Dusun Tua Assemblyman.
OSK Property had previously collaborated with Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj) to deliver the new wet market and community hall in Taman Suntex back in 2017. These facilities are located right beside the newly opened flyover, further improving the living standards of Taman Suntex residents.
