Bahagian Perumahan Negeri Sembilan Welcomes Eager Homeowners of Affordable Homes at Osk Property’s Iringan Bayu Township

Seremban, 21 May 2024 – Bahagian Perumahan Negeri Sembilan has hosted a successful balloting event for affordable homes (Rumah Mampu Milik Type A), known as Riyasana at OSK Property’s township of Iringan Bayu, Seremban. The affordable housing allocation draw session was officiated by YAB Dato’ Seri Haji Aminuddin bin Harun, Menteri Besar of Negeri Sembilan, with the presence of YB Tuan Arul Kumar A/L Jambunathan, Chairman of the Action Committee on Local Government Development, Housing, and Transportation.

A total of 200 units, each with a unit size of 850 sq. ft. and a typical lot size of 20’ x 60’, priced between RM80,000 and RM154,619, were available for registration from 1st to 14th August 2023. After a thorough selection process, 140 qualified buyers were chosen by Unit Perumahan Negeri Sembilan and approved by the Negeri Sembilan Executive Council (EXCO). The three-bedroom affordable homes, nestled within the Iringan Bayu green township are currently awaiting the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC), slated for completion in June 2024.

“We would like to extend our warm welcome to all new homeowners to the Iringan Bayu community and we hope that you will find joy and comfort in your new home and take pleasure in the wonderful experience of living alongside nature”, said Mr. Ong Ghee Bin, Chief Executive Officer of OSK Property’s property development division.

Successful applicants were treated to a commemorative photo session, followed by an engaging tour of the show unit, marking a significant milestone for the new homeowners in their homeownership journey. This event signifies OSK Property’s commitment towards providing quality, affordable housing for the people of Negeri Sembilan.
