The Young Leaders’ Programme was introduced by Group Human Resources with the intent to develop a pool of young talents to assume key management position within the organisation. 


This 18-month long structured development programme will expose graduates with growth potential to our diversified operations while simultaneously equip them with required leadership and management capabilities to assume management positions upon graduation. We believe by developing this internal pool of young talents, we will be able to ensure leadership continuity that is critical in supporting our growth ambitions.

Young Leader requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with excellent academic results, without working experience or with experience of not more than 2 years
  • Have excellent language skills, strong articulation and analytical skills
  • Has held leadership positions in extra-curricular activities
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate teamwork 
  • Good character and strong aptitude
