The Young Leaders’ Programme was introduced by Group Human Resources with the intent to develop a pool of young talents to assume key management position within the organisation.
This 18-month long structured development programme will expose graduates with growth potential to our diversified operations while simultaneously equip them with required leadership and management capabilities to assume management positions upon graduation.
